Jared Kouba - Lead MinisterWhen I received the call that Central City was searching for a minister in 2019 and that my name was brought up, my first response was "why me." My second response was "No thank you, I am happy where I am at." However, after talking and praying with my wife, we decided that God had use for us in this city. We packed our bags, said our tearful goodbyes and headed to Joplin, and we are so glad that we did. We have been blessed to work alongside an amazing eldership and wonderful ministry staff. We continue to look forward to what God will do through our little church with a big heart on the outskirts of Joplin.
