United Student Ministry
At United, we are about one thing: Helping you pursue an authentic relationship with Jesus! Our goal is to provide kids with an experience that helps impact three main areas in their lives: Their Heads, Their Hearts and Their Hands! We do this through three points of emphasis: Know, Become, Do. Three verbs. Three action oriented goals that we believe allow kids to pursue and establish a vibrant and life changing authentic relationship with their Savior Jesus Christ!
Sunday Evenings:
The Junior and Senior High attend camp each Summer at Camp CYOKAMO. Scholarships are available for those who may need financial assistance in order to attend.
- During the school year: 5:30 to 7 -- "United"
- Following a games/fellowship time, we worship through music and then have a Bible study.
- During the school year: 6:30 to 8 -- Small Groups
- Following a games/fellowship time, we worship through music, have a devotional time and then get into Small Groups. Small Groups (separated into guys only and girls only groups) discuss the topic for the evening, pray together and encourage one another.
- Check the church calendar!
- Summer schedules are a bit crazy! So, throughout the Summer the Jr/Sr High has Swim & Study on various Sunday and Wednesday nights. After swimming (at various church member's pools) and some snacks, the group has a short devotional time together.
- Near the end of the summer the group helps prepare for and carry out Vacation Bible School (VBS).
